Schedule

Boxing workouts are Monday through Thursday evenings. You may come anytime during scheduled workout times.
It is best to check-in with our certified boxing coaches on your first visit. Boxing workouts are generally 45 minutes to an hour in length. You may come any time during the scheduled boxing times.
Try out our Kicking Class where the focus is on strong kicking skills blended with fighting skills. Get fit while learning kicking skills from a Martial Arts expert.
Adult classes are open to 13 year old and above. It is suggested that 13 year old new members begin in the youth classes for initial training.
